You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M3zoom, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features, if available.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, and we are not obligated to retain or provide you with any of your User Content.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
